Face-to-face counselling: £40.00 per session
Telephone counselling: £30.00 per session
Computerised CBT (cCBT): £25.00 per session
For clients in receipt of means-tested benefits, all therapies are discounted.
What is the Breaking the Cycle programme?
Breaking the Cycle is our exclusive 12-week addiction management programme, combining person-centred therapy, motivational therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy. It focuses on rebuilding self-esteem, motivation, and positive thinking to overcome addiction.
What is Computerised CBT (cCBT)?
cCBT is a tailored, clinician-supported cognitive behaviour therapy programme delivered through a terminal at our centre. It teaches you how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are interconnected. After completing the programme, you can continue using it via an Android mobile app for ongoing support.
Do you offer support for people with autism or ADHD?
Yes, we provide specialised counselling for individuals with autism or ADHD, focusing on their unique needs and challenges.
Can I access counselling services if I’m on a low income or receiving benefits?
Yes, we provide discounted therapy sessions for clients in receipt of means-tested benefits to ensure mental health support is accessible to everyone.
